THE LESS KNOWN HAVANA
(3:30 pm, daily)
This special tour will allow you to visit and know places of Havana less frequented but which are undoubtedly very interesting and beautiful.
We will begin the Tour by visiting the Revolution Square, emblematic place of the Cuban revolution where great national events are celebrated. We’ll admire the artistic Cemetery of Colombus from the outside. We will pass through the residential neighborhood Nuevo Vedado. We will marvel at the Parque Almendares and the Forest of Havana, an enchanted place. We will see the Cuban Art Factory (FAC) and our guide will inform you about this multi functional space, an essential place in the artistic-cultural panorama of the city. We will bike through the streets of Vedado that was the first residential neighborhood of Havana. We’ll stop at John Lennon Park. We will go down to the famous Malecon by the elegant promenade Paseo and passing through it we will see the American Embassy, the Anti-Imperialist Tribune, the Mount of Flags and the historic National Hotel, that was the meeting point of the US gangsters before the Revolution.
